Unless otherwise indicated, the website, its source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Customer-Submitted Assets
When you submit personal media, including text, logos, graphics, and photographs for product customization:
- You guarantee that you own the rights to these assets or have explicit permission to use and print them.
- You grant J’s Store a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process these images solely for the purpose of executing and fulfilling your specific order requirements.
- We retain the right to refuse any customization request that contains explicit, defamatory, copyright-infringing, or otherwise unlawful material.
3. Order Placement, Payment Structure, and Invoicing
Because we deal primarily in custom-made luxury items and tailored corporate orders, our production pipeline requires strict financial clearance before operations can begin.
3.1 50% Advance Payment Option
- Requirement: For customized products ordered via manual channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram), we require a mandatory minimum 50% advance payment to secure raw materials and initiate graphic design work.
- Payment Methods: This advance can be processed through local digital wallets, including EasyPaisa and JazzCash, or via standard Bank Transfer.
- Verification: Production will not begin until the user shares a clear digital copy of the online transactional receipt with our agents via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.
- Clearance: Once your customized item is completed, our team will provide photographic or video proof of the finished product. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full and verified prior to final dispatch from our warehouse.
3.2 Automated Website Payment Gateway
- Our online portal features an integrated, secure payment gateway capable of handling direct digital transactions.
- Terms: Orders processed directly through the automated website checkout must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
4. Policy on Order Cancellations & Legal Recourse
Once an order is confirmed and financial clearance (either a 50% deposit or full payment) is received, our operational team immediately purchases material and creates digital design drafts. Therefore, we enforce a strict No-Cancellation Policy.
- Customized Orders: If a customer attempts to cancel an order after the advance payment is processed, J’s Store is legally authorized to retain the 100% value of the deposit to offset material and labor losses. Furthermore, we reserve the express right to utilize this document as legal leverage and take official legal action against non-compliant or fraudulent buyers.
- Order Holding Limits: If an unexpected event prevents you from receiving your package on the agreed date, we can hold the parcel at our central facility for a maximum of 30 days. However, the complete order balance must be settled within those 30 days.
- Non-Customized Store Credit: For standard, non-customized stock items, if a cancellation request is accepted by management prior to packing, the advance payment will not be refunded as cash. Instead, it will be held as store credit, which you must redeem on alternative products within 60 days.
5. Modifications and Order Alternations
Prices for our customized configurations are carefully calculated considering precise individual item costs, specialized manufacturing, and essential business profitability.
- Post-Confirmation Restrictions: Once you receive our formal order confirmation message, no items may be removed, and no downward modifications to the order value will be entertained.
- Custom Design Lock-in: Changes to names, layouts, or text adjustments can only be applied if our workshop has not yet initiated the physical printing, laser engraving, or manufacturing process.
- Surcharges for Extra Requests: Any addition of structural items, premium packaging additions, or complex graphic redesigns requested after the initial confirmation will incur immediate additional charges to cover our supplementary labor and materials.
6. Sourcing Limitations & Third-Party Outsourcing Policy
J’s Store offers an extensive, curated inventory comprising over 1,500+ diverse products spanning premier local and international brands to build your gift boxes and baskets. Because our system is highly optimized for our native catalog, we strongly discourage the sourcing of external items. However, if your gifting needs require an unlisted third-party product, the following strict structural tariffs apply:
6.1 Standard Online Outsourcing or Customer Shipments
If you require us to buy an external item online, or if you choose to ship an externally purchased item directly to our facility to pack inside our gift boxes, a flat Outsourcing Fee of Rs. 2,000 per product will be appended to your bill. This charge covers the additional internal tracking, warehousing, and liability management required for uncataloged goods.
6.2 Physical Outlet Procurement Service
If you request that our team physically visit a retail outlet or commercial venue to purchase an external item on your behalf, your invoice will reflect the item cost plus a tiered service structure:
- Base Fees: You will be billed the standard Outsourcing Fee of Rs. 2,000 per product plus a fixed Service Fee of Rs. 2,500. The service fee covers two of our dedicated team members who will visit the location to handle your physical procurement.
- Distance-Based Fuel Fee: Round-trip fuel costs will be calculated strictly based on the physical distance from our headquarters using the following formula:

(where $d$ is the total distance measured in kilometers). - Live Showroom Session Timeframe: While at the retail location, our representatives can share live photos and real-time pricing of available shelf stock. To ensure operational efficiency, you will have a strict maximum window of 60 minutes from the start of the session to finalize your purchase decisions.
7. Manufacturing, Processing, and Core Delivery Timelines
- Processing vs. Shipping: Customers must understand that stated shipping delivery windows do not include the underlying manufacturing processing time.
- Standard Processing Window: Our standard internal processing routine requires 1 to 5 working days depending on the technical complexity of the chosen products.

8. Operational Allocation of Risk for Urgent Deliveries
8.1 Out-of-City Orders (Outside Karachi)
- For quick turnaround deliveries outside Karachi, our professional liability ends the exact moment we hand over the verified parcel to our premium express/overnight courier partners a business day before your deadline.
- Because logistical operations are managed entirely by independent corporate entities, J’s Store takes no legal or financial liability for delays caused by airline schedules, weather anomalies, or third-party logistical operational failures. The customer remains obligated to receive the package, and advance payments will not be refunded under these circumstances.
8.2 Domestic Orders (Within Karachi)
- Special Car Delivery: If you select our premium dedicated car delivery service, we assume full responsibility for on-time delivery on the specified date, subject to a reasonable traffic/operational margin of 60 to 90 minutes.
- Third-Party Bike Logistics: If you request third-party bike applications (such as Bykea or InDrive), our facility guarantees same-day dispatch. However, we assume zero responsibility for exact delivery timing delays caused by individual riders or road accidents.
- Our Default Liability: If J’s Store fails to dispatch your urgent package within our committed internal timeframe, we will issue a full refund specifically for the premium urgent processing/handling fees charged.
9. Best Practices for Smooth Urgent Order Execution
To protect your interests during time-critical events, we highly recommend implementing the following structural procedures:
- Upfront Settlement: Pay for your order in full at checkout. Transferring split payments requires routing items to our media studio for video proofing, which delays processing. Paying in full lets our operations team ship your items out immediately.
- Immediate Deposit Settlement: Transfer your advance funds immediately upon receiving our billing details. Because our representatives coordinate with thousands of customers daily, orders are digitally queue-sorted based on confirmed bank deposits. Your order will remain inactive until your payment is received and logged.
10. Return, Out-of-Stock, and Replacement Guidelines

- Personal Disliking: We do not offer returns, alterations, structural changes, or cash refunds because a buyer subjectively dislikes a product style, material texture, or color tone post-delivery.
- Manufacturing Defects & Damage: We offer a 100% Free Replacement Policy if an item arrives broken, defective, or structurally compromised due to a production error. To claim a replacement, unboxing video proof must be submitted to our customer portal within 24 hours of package receipt.
- Out-of-Stock Inventory Resolution: If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will request a 2-week grace period to re-stock the asset. If we cannot secure the stock within 14 days, a full refund will be processed back to your original source account within 4 to 7 working days.
11. Third-Party Courier Misconduct and Cargo Loss
- Rider Behavior: Independent courier personnel are third-party service providers, not employees of J’s Store. We accept no liability or blame for behavioral misconduct, verbal altercations, or rider delivery disputes. We will, however, flag documented misconduct incidents to courier corporate management on your behalf.
- Uninsured Cargo Damage: If you choose free standard shipping without opting for supplementary cargo insurance, J’s Store will not issue refunds or replacements if the courier company loses or physically destroys the parcel during transit.
12. Comprehensive Regulations for International Shipments
We offer global fulfillment pipelines subject to international trade compliance and destination customs boundaries.
12.1 Prohibited and Restricted International Goods
International transport security guidelines strictly prohibit shipping the following goods via commercial air cargo:
- Perfumes, fragrances, and flammable colognes.
- Watches, smart devices, or items with integrated lithium-ion batteries.
- Liquids, oils, alcohol-based materials, and gels.
- Perishable edibles, loose confectionery, cosmetics, and medical skincare formulas.
12.2 Allowed International Goods
You can freely build international gift baskets using approved categories, including standard western and traditional apparel, customized leather wallets, premium belts, customized keychains, custom tumblers, custom metal bottles, notebooks, stationery, caps, hoodies, sweatshirts, and non-electronic home picture frames.
12.3 Overseas Office Routing (UK & USA)
If you require restricted goods in an international order, we can route the compliant items from Pakistan to our corporate affiliate offices in the United Kingdom (UK) or the United States (USA). Our international teams will then source the restricted items locally to complete your gift box.
Note: This split-sourcing methodology incurs significantly higher base costs and customized processing fees.
12.4 Freight Fluctuations & Geopolitical Adjustment Clauses
International shipping freight quotes are subject to immediate adjustment based on global fuel prices, carrier capacity limits, and active geopolitical events.
- If international freight rates spike unexpectedly between your order date and dispatch date, J’s Store will bill you for the additional shipping balance.
- Alternatively, you may choose to redirect the parcel to a local domestic address within Pakistan.
- Cancellations or refunds due to globally driven shipping cost increases are strictly prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, J’s Store, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages—including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our physical products.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold J’s Store harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your uploaded custom media content, breach of these terms, or violation of the rights of a third party.
