We offer same-day delivery within Karachi via on-demand riders and next-day/overnight express shipping to other major cities in Pakistan via TCS. We also offer an urgent processing service to speed up the production of your customized items. Because rush orders depend on current slot availability, please contact our team directly via WhatsApp or social media to confirm your urgent order before checking out.

Absolutely. While we offer a wide variety of pre-made gift hampers on our website, you have complete freedom to curate your own. You can pick and choose multiple individual items from our catalog, and we will custom-style the basket, box, or bag based on your specific relation and occasion. If you want to add or remove items from an existing box layout, simply message us on WhatsApp or social media, and our team will help you build your custom layout.

Because we specialize in personalized, custom-made items, order cancellations are not permitted once payment is received and production begins. If an emergency arises and you absolutely cannot receive your parcel at the scheduled time, please contact us. We can hold your payment as a store credit, allowing you to re-order items of the same value at a later date.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 100% FREE replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a customization error made on our part. We also provide free size replacements if we dispatch a size different from what you ordered. However, because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal disliking. For customer-side sizing errors (where we sent the exact size you ordered but you require a different fit), exchanges are accepted, but the buyer must cover the return shipping fees.

To start a claim, simply fill out the Replacement Form on our website within the eligible claim window. Once submitted, a customer care representative will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify the details (such as a photo of the defect). Once verified, your new replacement parcel will be processed and delivered to you within 4 to 7 working days after the original item is collected.

Shipping & Delivery

We are an online store based in Karachi, Pakistan, and we offer both nationwide shipping across Pakistan and international delivery worldwide. Please note that certain delicate or perishable items—such as fresh flowers, custom cakes, balloons, and traditional sweets—are strictly available for delivery within Karachi only.

Yes, we ship worldwide! However, due to international courier guidelines, certain custom gift items cannot be shipped globally. Restricted international items include perfumes, watches, items containing batteries, liquids, cosmetics, skincare, and edibles. You can freely customize international gift boxes with safe-to-ship items like clothing, photo frames, sunglasses, personalized wallets, belts, custom keychains, notebooks, and tumblers. International shipping fees are calculated at the time of dispatching based on parcel weight and destination.

Total delivery time consists of processing time (1 to 5 working days to handcraft your custom items) plus shipping time, which depends on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Karachi Shipping: Same-day delivery is available via local courier services.
  • Pakistan Nationwide Shipping: Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 working days. Express/Overnight delivery via TCS takes 1 to 3 working days.
  • International Shipping: Economical shipping takes 7 to 11 working days, while Express international shipping takes 4 to 7 working days.

Payments & Trust

We provide a secure online checkout gateway on our website. We accept Bank Transfers, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, as well as Visa and MasterCard Debit/Credit cards. For international customers, if your credit card is not processing through the website gateway, please reach out to us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook, and we will manually provide alternative payment details to complete your order.

No, courier companies in Pakistan do not permit open-box delivery before payment is collected. However, you can shop with complete peace of mind: because we specialize in personalized products, we send you a custom photo or video of your completed order for approval before it is dispatched. You will know exactly what your gift looks like before it arrives at your doorstep.
