Defective Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact our support team within 2 days. Then, kindly share photos or videos showcasing the damage clearly. Afterward, we will gladly offer two convenient options:

First, we usually collect the initial item back to inspect the damage and investigate your claim thoroughly. Afterward, we will promptly ship a brand-new product to your original address at absolutely no extra cost. Usually, this standard replacement process takes 4 to 7 working days to reach your doorstep.

Alternatively, we might waive the physical warehouse inspection entirely for specific clear-cut cases. In those special situations, we will send the new parcel to you immediately. Then, you can simply hand over the initial defective product to the courier rider at the exact time of delivery. Consequently, your replacement will require 1 to 3 working days to process and 4 to 7 working days for final transit.

2. Store Credit

Alternatively, if the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for 90 days. Consequently, you can use this coupon code for any future purchase
