Terms and Conditions
For customized products, we require a half payment in advance. This payment can be made through Easypaisa, Jazzcash, or Bank Transfer. After completing the payment, please share the online receipt with us on WhatsApp or Messenger for invoice processing.
We have a free replacement policy if you receive a product with any defect or damage. We will not accept any return or give a money-back guarantee on personal disliking.
Once you’ve placed the order and have received a confirmation message, there will be no cancellation of the order. So please keep it in mind before placing the order. In case of any cancellation especially on customized products, we are authorized to take legal action against you with the help of this document.
Once you have received the confirmation message of your order, you can not make any changes to it, especially to customized products.
We are only responsible for dispatching the order before the due date. For any delay from the courier company, we will not take any responsibility. Therefore, you will have to receive the parcel. In case of not receiving the order, then the No Cancellation clause will be applicable.
If a rider from the courier company misconducts you or misbehaves, then we are not to be blamed. We use them as a service to deliver our products. We will not take responsibility for any individual’s behavior.
