Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item from J’s Store, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving the product. a) Replacement: If the same product is available in our inventory, we will promptly replace the defective item at no additional cost to you. The replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address provided.
b) Store Credit: If the same product is not available for replacement, we will issue a coupon or store credit equivalent to the purchase amount of the defective item. This coupon can be used towards the purchase of any other product from J’s Store. The store credit will be valid for a specified period, usually 90 days, from the date of issue.

Shipping Costs:
