Delivery Options, Timeframes, and Charges for Karachi
Delivery Time
Usual Delivery Time: 4 to 7 working days
We offer two options for usual delivery:
- Usual Delivery without Insurance
- Usual Delivery with Insurance
Urgent Delivery Time: 1 to 3 working days.
Same-Day Delivery: Available within Karachi.
Special Deliveries: Midnight delivery between 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM, also available in Karachi

Payment Methods Based on Delivery Options
Usual Delivery without Insurance: Full payment will be in advance.
Usual Delivery with Insurance: 50% payment in advance, the remaining balance on delivery.
Urgent / Same-Day / Special Deliveries: Full payment in advance.
Important Payment Information
For full payment in advance, you can send the entire amount upfront. Alternatively, you may opt to pay 50% before the process begins, with the remaining balance due after the product is ready, and upon receiving picture or video proof—prior to dispatch.

- Rs.250 delivery charge for orders below Rs.2000.
In this option, no insurance is provided. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost parcels. The courier service used in free delivery does not guarantee these services. Please note that full payment is required in advance.
Usual Delivery without Insurance
- Free delivery for orders above Rs.2000.
- Rs.250 delivery charge for orders below Rs.2000.
We will be responsible for the refund or recovery of damaged or lost parcels.
Insurance charges will be as follows:

Option 1: Bykea/Pandago Delivery
We charge based on Bykea or Pandago’s rates from our location.
Bykea is a third-party service, and we only handle parcel insurance. In case of delays or damage, we will accept the third-party’s resolution. We are not fully responsible for issues caused by the rider.
Option 2: Special Car Delivery
We offer special car delivery at Rs.85 per kilometer, with an exact time option.
Your parcel will arrive at the requested time, with a margin of 15 to 30 minutes. Our personal staff handles the delivery, ensuring complete parcel safety.

In this option, we don’t offer any insurance and in case if the parcel is delayed than the usual time, then we won’t be responsible. Also, if the parcel is damaged or lost, then we won’t be accountable/responsible for the refund or recovery of the parcel as the courier service we will use in the free delivery option doesn’t guarantee us these services. Again keep in mind that full payment will be in advance.
Usual Delivery with Insurance
Free delivery for order value above Rs.2000/-
And Rs.250/- Delivery charges for order value below Rs.2000/-. Also, in case of damage and lost parcel, we will be responsible for the refund or recovery of the parcel.
Insurance charges will be as follows:
Urgent Deliveries
For urgent deliveries, additional charges apply on top of your total bill. TCS Express delivery charges approximately Rs.500 per kg.
Final delivery charges will be confirmed based on TCS’s rates at the time of dispatch or at the TCS franchise.

We have multiple delivery partners like DHL, FedEx, UPS, Skynet, and Aramex. You can choose from various international delivery services, depending on your needs.
Looking for express delivery? We offer services that can deliver within 3-4 days or a week. Need cheaper rates? We have options for budget-friendly shipping with our delivery partners.
Additionally, if you're sending a bulk shipment or just a single parcel, we provide discounted rates. You can order gifts from us, or send your parcel directly to our office.

Urgent Order Processing Fees
For urgent orders that need processing within 12 business hours, a fee of Rs.500 will apply.
This charge ensures that your order is prioritized and processed quickly. If you need fast delivery, this option guarantees swift action. We understand urgent needs, and this service is designed to meet them efficiently.
Remember, standard orders take longer, so choose urgent processing only when necessary.
